The Senior Corps

Senior Corp

Admission to the Senior Corps is by audition/interview only.

Auditions will be scheduled each spring from February-June. Students are asked to prepare one monologue (roughly one minute in length), preferably from a Shakespeare play. (Monologues which are self-written or taken from a source other than a published play are not acceptable). To schedule an audition, contact Jamie Brink, Associate Director of Education, here. For students who live outside New Jersey or are otherwise unable to audition in person, a phone interview combined with a letter of recommendation from a theatre teacher or director is an acceptable substitute for the audition.

Admission is on a rolling basis, so students are strongly advised to audition/interview as early as possible.

Prior participation in the Junior Corps is helpful, but not required. Previous Shakespeare experience is also not required.

Once you have been accepted into the program, a registration form will be provided to you.
Payment in full is required upon enrollment. If you need to pay in installments, please contact us prior to returning the registration form.
