Please complete
all areas on the application form. Missing or incomplete information
will delay processing of your application.
Upon completing the application form,
please return it right away, with your supporting materials
and a $25 registration fee, made payable
to The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Upon our
receipt and confirmation of your enrollment, this fee is non-refundable.
If you return your
application via fax, you may call (973) 408-3980 to pay this
fee by credit card or mail in a check, however your application
will not be processed until the registration fee is received.
With your application
form, be sure to include:
A
one-page letter of intent, stating your reasons for applying
to the program, and how you hope your pedagogy will benefit
from this experience.
Two
letters of recommendation from individuals who know your
background as an educator, particularly with regard to teaching
Shakespeare. If you are employed by a school or school district,
at least one of these letters should be from a school administrator
or board official.
