JOHN FITZGIBBON (Pridamant of Avignon) is in his third season with the Festival. N.J.S.F. credits: A CHILD'S CHRISTMAS IN WALES (two years). Broadway: THE INCOMPARABLE MAX! with Richard Kiley. Off-Broadway: GHOSTS at the New Globe Theatre; John is a founding member of the Open Eye Theater, where he received an Obie Nomination for his performance in W.B. Yeats's CAT AND THE MOON. Regional: MOON FOR THE MISBEGOTTEN (Best of Boston Award) with New Repertory Theater, IMMORTAL INTERLUDE at New Jersey Repertory, SIGHT UNSEEN at the Caldwell Theater (Carbonell Nomination), A PASSIONATE WOMAN at Coconut Grove Playhouse, the Mark Taper Forum, New York Public Theater, Barter Theater. Television: PEARL, THE ISLANDER, EQUAL JUSTICE, HAWAII 5-0 and most of the soaps. Film: GREEN LIGHTS, a feature film opening September 4 at the Anthology Film Archives. Other: GAUGUIN IN TAHITI in Hawaii and in Athens with Joseph Campbell. John attended the London Academy of Dramatic Arts on a Fulbright scholarship.
